Shipping & Returns

After your order is confirmed & processed, it will be shipped out within 24-72 hours. Products are shipped on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Allow 3-7 business days to receive products for USPS ground delivery.

Our goal is to ship out your item/s as soon as we possibly can. To prevent any delay, please correctly input your credit card information as well as the correct shipping address.

We have a 15 day return policy. You may either exchange the product or receive store credit only.

Barbell Locks & sliders are exempt from being returned & are final sale.

Upon returning, items must be:

  • In the same condition

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

To make the return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you received the wrong item or your item was damaged, please provide us with a photo along with your claim.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs on returns. We advise that you return with an insured carrier so that you can track your package.
